SHIFT seeks Product Specialists to join a growing team that manages creative collaboration and media management tools, with high-profile product launches on the near horizon.
Your primary responsibility will be to work with our Product Team in testing and documenting new products and features, as well as coordinating releases with engineering, marketing, sales, and tech support. The role is an interdisciplinary mix of QA, support, communications, product management, and project management.
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity with exposure to all departments in a growing software company. Others in this role have gone on to move into Product Management, QA, Marketing, and Customer Success positions within the company.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for media, entertainment, and technology
- Understanding of networks, the Internet, and cloud software
- Experience in media industry or advertising preferred
- Experience in technology & software sales or training preferred
