Director of Sales & Customer Success

We are looking for an experienced Director of Sales and Customer Success, who will manage a growing 10 person sales and customer success team based in Los Angeles, Boston & Virginia. You will be responsible for setting goals and tracking progress using reporting from Salesforce and Totango. You will run weekly pipeline reviews with each member of the team and work closely with the Sales Operations Manager to refine process and efficiency. You will be responsible for weekly reporting on KPIs for sales and customers success, and will report to the VP of Sales.

As Director, you are driven by a relationship-first mindset that prioritizes the customer experience from the first time a prospect engages with our company and products. You care about personalized communication at scale, focus on fast turnaround times, under-promise and over-deliver. You are a self-driven leader who doesn’t need much direction, holds yourself to high standards and excels at being scrappy and results oriented. You lead by example and inspire your team by helping them close a challenging deal, or diffuse a difficult customer situation. Solving problems is second nature to you.
